About FlexUp 

FlexUp is building a toolbox for startups and entrepreneurs to build, run, and grow their business. 

We are: 

  • new economic model that aligns incentives and rewards real collaboration, 
  • business management app (FinTech / LegalTech / ERP hybrid), 
  • network of advisors, partners, and contributors who collaborate and co-invest in projects through flexible remuneration and equity. 

Our product is live: the product is in use, the legal framework is operational, and real clients are running their projects on it. 

Our focus for 2026 is clear: scale the product, grow adoption, and build a strong core team

This open position is for people who strongly believe in what we are building and want to actively shape FlexUp’s future — including at senior and management level (CXO roles)

 

The Opportunity 

This is not a predefined role

We are opening the door to people who: 

  • deeply resonate with FlexUp’s mission and principles, 
  • want real ownership and responsibility, 
  • and are ready to define their own role, scope, and impact.  

 You may be a: 

  • product leader, 
  • engineer, 
  • designer, 
  • marketer, 
  • growth or business developer, 
  • legal / finance expert, 
  • operator, 
  • or a senior professional (CMO, CTO, COO, CFO, Head of Product, etc.) 

We are particularly interested in senior profiles, but we remain open to anyone who can brings something to the table

Titles matter far less than impact. 

 

📝 What You Could Work On (Examples): 

Depending on your profile and proposal, you could contribute to areas such as: 

  • Product & Tech: core platform development (backend, frontend, architecture), UX/UI, infrastructure, security, scalability, data models, workflows, automation. 
  • Growth, Marketing & Communication: positioning, messaging, and narrative, content, community, partnerships, acquisition strategies and funnel design, go-to-market execution. 
  • Business Development & Partnerships: startup, advisor, and investor onboarding, strategic partnerships (incubators, institutions, firms), srevenue models and pricing strategies. 
  • Operations & Governance: internal processes and tooling, legal, compliance, and economic model implementation, project management and coordination. 
  • Leadership & Strategy: team structuring and management, long-term roadmap definition, representation of FlexUp externally, contribution to strategic decisions and governance 

This list is intentionally open. 

If you see a gap we haven’t listed — that’s probably where you belong. 

 

Who We’re Looking For 

We care far more about mindset and alignment than about ticking boxes. 

You are likely a good fit if you: 

  • strongly believe in fairness, transparency, and collaboration
  • are comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage environments, 
  • think in systems and long-term value creation, 
  • take ownership instead of waiting for instructions, 
  • are motivated by building something meaningful, not just “have a job”. 

Senior profiles are very welcome — including people who want to join the management team — provided they are aligned with the model and the risk-sharing approach. 

 

💸 Remuneration & Commitment 

This position is 100% equity-based at this stage. 

  • No fixed cash salary
  • Compensated through FlexUp Credits and Tokens, in line with the FlexUp economic model, 
  • Equity allocation reflects real contributions and risk taken, not titles or promises. 

As FlexUp grows and revenues increase, remuneration structures may evolve — transparently and collectively. 

This role is therefore suited to people who want to co-build rather than be hired.

  • why our economic model, app, and ecosystem make sense to you,

This is not about repeating our website — it’s about showing real understanding. 

 

2. Tell us what you want to do for FlexUp 

Since this is an open position, you must define your own role

  • what you want to work on, 
  • what problems you want to solve, 
  • what concrete value you believe you can bring, 
  • how you see yourself contributing over the next 6–12 months. 


 3. Explicitly confirm your acceptance of the remuneration model 

You must clearly state that: 

  • you understand this role is 100% equity-based at this stage, 
  • you accept the associated risk, 
  • and you are comfortable being compensated under the FlexUp model.
