Event description

The FlexUp Startup Networking Workshops are small, curated sessions designed for early-stage to growing startups, project leaders, and ecosystem partners who actively work with startups. 

Each workshop combines focused presentations with open networking. The session starts with a brief introduction to FlexUp, followed by a series of short presentations from startup projects and ecosystem participants. Startup and project presentations are prioritised to keep discussions concrete and needs-driven.

Attendance is intentionally limited to ensure meaningful exchanges. Participants may opt in to share their contact details with other attendees after the event, enabling relevant follow-up conversations.

Location

This workshop will take place in person at Station F, Paris. In the Shared Zone, Mezzanine, BATEAU MOUCHE Room

Station F is widely recognised as the largest startup campus in Europe, hosting over 1,000 startups as well as major incubators, venture funds, and corporate innovation programs.

If you would like to present during the workshop, please apply in advance.

To apply, send us:

• A short presentation of your project or offering (slides optional), and
• A short bullet-point list explaining:
  • what you are looking for (for projects), or
  • what you offer to other ecosystem participants (for partners, advisors, or investors).

We will confirm whether a presentation slot is available.

Presentation format:

• 5 minutes per presentation
• Presentations are followed by short clarifying questions

The workshop typically includes:

• ~1 hour of presentations, followed by
• ~30 minutes of open networking and informal discussions
