The Business Development Manager drives the creation and growth of local “FlexUp Hubs” by attracting and engaging entrepreneurs, advisors, freelancers, and institutional partners in a given city or country. They build strategic relationships, raise awareness through networking and events, and support user onboarding and retention. In this role, success depends on the ability to combine entrepreneurial initiative with strong partnership-building and local ecosystem development.
